"It all started one late fall weekend when Chris White, the architect of my soon to be Atlantic 57' Lely, and I visited Aquidneck Custom Composites in Bristol, RI. I was looking for an American builder of custom boats who could put together not only a very fast and light catamaran, but a builder that could also make a "different" catamaran. Not the typical spartan look cat, but a catamaran with the finish, the wood work and the construction details of a one of a kind boat. Not only was Bill and his team able to accomplish that, and more, but he did it with the outmost responsibility and honesty.
